1. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Keep your login credentials confidential.

• Be responsible for all activities under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create the account on your behalf.

2. License to Use the App

Cosnap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

• Use the App for any illegal or harmful purposes.

3. User Content and Uploads

By uploading photos to the App, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the photos or have the necessary permissions to upload and share them.

• You grant Cosnap a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content as part of the service.

• You will not upload content that violates any laws or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

• You retain ownership of any content you upload, but you give Cosnap the rights necessary to provide the services.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Cosnap offers free and premium subscription plans for accessing advanced features. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the App. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Billing: Payments will be processed through your Apple ID account. You authorize Apple to charge you for subscription fees at the rates displayed in the App.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

5. Facial Recognition and Data Consent

Cosnap uses facial recognition technology to help you organize and categorize photos. By using this feature, you agree that:

• Cosnap may process the images you upload using facial recognition algorithms.

• You have obtained the necessary consent from individuals in your photos for facial recognition processing.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the App in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You will not:

• Use the App for illegal or harmful activities.

• Upload content that contains viruses, malware, or harmful code.

• Harass or harm other users of the App.

• Cosnap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App and services are provided "as-is" without any warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosnap disclaims all liability for:

• Any loss of data, damages, or disruptions caused by the use of the App.

• Any damages or losses resulting from system downtime or technical issues.

• Content uploaded by users or any third-party actions.

8. Termination

Cosnap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or other policies. You may also terminate your account by deleting the App from your device. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under this agreement will end, and you will lose access to any content uploaded to the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. However, Cosnap complies with applicable international regulations, including GDPR for EU users.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the App, you agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in accordance with U.S. law. For EU residents, disputes may also be subject to arbitration in accordance with local laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

Cosnap may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
