How do attendees get their conference photos?
Attendees sign up with the event link or QR code, add one reference photo and switch face matching on. Cosnap sends them the photos they appear in, in the iPhone app or in any browser, minutes after each album is published.
Are attendees who don’t sign up face-matched?
No. Face matching only runs for people who sign up and switch it on, and they can switch it off or delete their reference photo at any time. Under-18 accounts are never face-matched.
Can we use our own event photographers?
Yes. Invite the photographers you already work with. They upload to Cosnap and attach their albums to your event with an event code, and you review the albums before they go into your library.
How much does Cosnap cost for corporate events?
Organizers use Cosnap Brands, which is free for 1 event a year. Growth is $149 a month for 10 events a year, Pro is $499 a month for unlimited events, and an Event Pass is $299 for a single event with Growth limits for 90 days. Prices are in USD.
Can our team find photos of a specific person?
Yes. Name the people who matter in your library, such as speakers and executives, and filter by them. You can also filter by photographer, usage rights and the number of people in the photo.
