Every runner gets their race photos.
No gallery scrolling.
Put a QR code on the bibs, the start banner or the race-pack email. Runners sign up, your photographers upload, and Cosnap sends each runner the photos they are in, matched by face, minutes after each album is published.

A race gallery with 20,000 photos
is hard to find yourself in.
Runners finish, go home and search a gallery of strangers, often with a bib number they have already forgotten. Many give up, and the photos that would have carried your race name across social media stay unseen.
One QR
on the bib, the banner or the race-pack email signs runners up, with their consent.
Minutes
after an album is published, matched runners get their photos.
No bib needed
for face matching: covered, folded and crumpled bibs don’t matter.
Runners get their photos without searching.
Searching a race gallery takes longer than some of the races.
Runners who sign up add one reference photo and switch face matching on. Cosnap finds them in every album from your race and sends the photos to the iPhone app or any browser, and tells them when more come in.

Search by bib number when you need to.
Your team gets asked for one runner’s photos, and the runner only knows their bib.
On paid Cosnap Brands plans, Cosnap reads the bib numbers printed in your race photos so your team can search by bib. Switch on runner search for the race and runners can type their bib on the race page too. Bib search reads only the printed number, never faces.

Questions about race photos.
How do runners find their race photos on Cosnap?
Runners sign up with the race link or QR code, add one reference photo and switch face matching on. Cosnap matches them in every published album from the race and sends the photos to the iPhone app or the browser. Matches go out in batches every 10 minutes after an album is published.
Can runners search by bib number?
Yes, when the organizer switches on runner bib search for the race (paid Cosnap Brands plans). Runners type their bib on the race page and see the public photos with that number. Bib search reads only the printed number. A bib that is covered or folded can be missed, and face matching still finds those runners.
Do runners pay for their photos?
Searching is free, and free photos save at full quality. Photographers can also sell photos, at a price per photo from $0.99 to $49.99, as bundles or as pre-sale packs.
How much does Cosnap cost for race organizers?
Organizers use Cosnap Brands, which is free for 1 event a year. Growth is $149 a month for 10 events a year, Pro is $499 a month for unlimited events, and an Event Pass is $299 for a single event with Growth limits for 90 days. Prices are in USD.
How do race photographers get paid?
On Starter you keep 85% of your own sales (a 15% platform fee); on Pro and Studio there is no platform fee on your own sales. When Cosnap brings you the buyer, through face search or browsing on cosnap.ai or in the apps, the fee is 20% on every plan. Card processing fees come out of your earnings on all sales.
Is there an age limit?
Face matching is only for people aged 18 and over, and under-18 accounts are never face-matched. Everyone else can still see photos through the gallery or category link the photographer or organizer shares.
