For festival and concert organizers

Festival photos, sent to
the fans who are in them.

Put a QR code on the screens, the wristband or the ticket email. Fans sign up, your photographers upload, and every fan who opted in gets the photos they appear in. When they post them, your festival and your sponsors go with them.

Why it matters

The best crowd photos
never reach the crowd.

Your photographers capture thousands of fans. A few find the gallery, most never do, and the posts that would have sold next year’s tickets never happen.

One QR

on the screens, wristband or ticket email signs fans up, with their consent.

Minutes

after an album is published, matched fans get their photos.

Live

reach, downloads and shares for you and your sponsors.

Fans

Fans get their photos before the afterglow fades.

A fan who finds a great photo of themselves posts it. A fan who has to search a gallery doesn’t.

Fans who sign up add one reference photo and switch face matching on. Cosnap sends them the photos they appear in, in the iPhone app or any browser, and alerts them when more are published.

  • Event sign-up link and QR code, with a print-ready poster

  • Photos matched by face and delivered in batches every 10 minutes

  • Event feed in the iPhone app

  • Free photos save to the phone at full quality

Sponsors

Sponsors on every photo fans share.

Sponsors pay for the stage banner. Fans crop it out.

Add sponsor overlays to the photos fans download and share, and send each sponsor a report with the reach, downloads and shares from your festival.

  • Sponsor overlays on delivered photos

  • Sponsor performance reports by link or CSV

  • Read-only sign-in for sponsors to see their own results

  • Live Event Pulse, refreshed every 15 seconds

Your photographers

Every photographer, one library.

Five photographers across three stages means five galleries shared five ways.

Your photographers attach their albums to the festival with an event code. Review them, take ownership on paid plans, and use the photos for next year’s marketing.

  • Album review and ownership handover on paid plans

  • Search every photo by stage, album, tag or file name

How it works

1

2

Fans sign up, photographers upload

Fans scan and opt in during the festival or after it. Photographers attach their albums with the event code.

3

Fans get theirs

Cosnap matches each photo to the fans in it and sends it to them. You and your sponsors watch the reach.

Questions

Questions about festivals and concerts.

How do fans get their festival photos?

Fans sign up with the festival link or QR code, add one reference photo and switch face matching on. Cosnap sends them the photos they appear in, in the iPhone app or in any browser. Matches go out in batches every 10 minutes after an album is published.

Do fans need to download an app?

No. Fans can sign up and get their photos in any browser. On iPhone they can also use the Cosnap app for alerts and one-tap saving. There is no Android app yet; Android fans use the browser.

How much does Cosnap cost for festivals?

Organizers use Cosnap Brands, which is free for 1 event a year. Growth is $149 a month for 10 events a year, Pro is $499 a month for unlimited events, and an Event Pass is $299 for a single event with Growth limits for 90 days. Prices are in USD.

Can sponsors appear on the photos?

Yes. Add sponsor overlays to the photos fans download and share, and send sponsors reports on the reach, downloads and shares their festival generated.

Is there an age limit?

Face matching is only for people aged 18 and over, and under-18 accounts are never face-matched. Everyone else can still see photos through the gallery or category link the photographer or organizer shares.
