Cosnap Photographers
For wedding photographers
The couple gets their gallery.
The guests get theirs.
Give the couple a password-protected gallery sorted into Ceremony, Family and Couple. Share just the guest category with everyone else, collect the couple’s favorites and notes on each photo, and sell photos to the guests who want them.

Some wedding photos are for everyone.
Some are only for the couple.
One shared link for the whole wedding means the couple’s private moments go to every guest, or the guests get nothing. Cosnap lets you decide category by category.
One gallery
for the couple, protected by a password you set.
One link
per category for the guests, with or without its own password.
Every note
from the couple lands on the right photo, not in an email thread.
Private for the couple, shared with the guests.
The couple wants the getting-ready photos kept private. The guests want the dance floor.
Upload with folders and they become categories. Set the album to password-protected for the couple, then share only the categories the guests should see. Private galleries never appear in face search.

Favorites and changes, on the right photo.
“The one where my aunt is laughing, near the end” is not a file name.
Send the couple a review link. They heart their favorites, comment on any photo, mark each one and approve the album or ask for changes. Their favorites stay private between them and you.

Video clips of up to 90 seconds in the same gallery
Guests can buy the photos they want to keep.
A guest who has to email you for one photo often doesn’t.
Set a price per photo, from $0.99 to $49.99, and guests buy from the gallery on the web or in the iPhone app. Keep the RAW files safe in RAW Vault, apart from the delivered gallery.

Upload with folders
Drop in the edited wedding with folders like Ceremony, Family and Party. Each folder becomes a category.
Send the couple their gallery
Set a password and send the review link. The couple marks favorites and approves the album or asks for changes.
Share with the guests
Send the guests a link to the categories meant for them. They save the free photos and buy the ones you sell.
Questions about wedding photo sharing.
Can I give the couple a private wedding gallery?
Yes. Set the album to password-protected and share it with the couple. You can share a single category with the guests, with or without its own password. The couple’s favorites go into a private list that only they and you can see.
Do wedding guests find their photos with face search?
Not in private galleries. Password-protected galleries never appear in face search, so guests get their photos through the category link you or the couple share with them.
How does wedding proofing work?
Turn on client feedback for the album and send the review link. The couple can heart photos, comment on them, mark each one, and approve the album or request changes. You see every note against the right file in your portal.
Can guests buy wedding photos?
Yes. Set a price per photo, from $0.99 to $49.99, and guests buy them on the web or in the iPhone app. On Starter you keep 85% of your own sales (a 15% platform fee); on Pro and Studio there is no platform fee on your own sales. When Cosnap brings you the buyer, through face search or browsing on cosnap.ai or in the apps, the fee is 20% on every plan. Card processing fees come out of your earnings on all sales.
What does it cost?
Starter is free with 20 GB. Password-protected galleries come with Pro ($19 a month, 500 GB) and Studio ($39 a month, 2 TB). Prices are in USD.
Can guests upload their own photos to the wedding?
Wedding events where guests add their own photos alongside yours are rolling out and not yet available to everyone.
